All of our items are brand new in the original manufacturer’s packaging and come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Items with free shipping are offered for convenience and convenience and have a shipping cost included in the total cost.

Product Warranty

Any product found to be defective under the terms of this warranty may be repaired or replaced. The Wholesale Point will assist with the warranty provided within the first 14 days of product purchase. If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective and you have not used it, simply contact us within 14 days of purchase.

We do not refund shipping charges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Returns with defects will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our sole discretion, within 14 days of purchase. If there is no replacement or repair, we are entitled to charge a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on the condition of the returned item.
For a product to be considered a defective return, it must be diagnosed as “defective” by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. If an item is claimed to be defective and found not to be defective after testing, your refund will be reduced depending on the condition of the item returned, with the actual shipping costs we incur and a 20-35% restocking fee. You are responsible for packing the returned item properly and securely to avoid any damage.
